Grooming Review # 1 - Tony Moly Ferment Snail Foam Clenser.

Unlike any other guy's skin, mine was different. I needed to consult a dermatologist first before trying out a specific product or else, I will end up having cutaneous breakdown or issues. It was quite hard because I am very limited with things that I may want to use. Until one day, this Tony Moly Ferment Snail Foam Cleanser was handed to me after gracing an event. Since I got a nod from my Derma using this, I cannot help but provide a grooming review of this product.
Most of their products are water-based and the least comprised of oil-based. Each item can be used depending on the skin's conditions and gravity of sebum production. For everyone's benefits, oil-based products are good for dry skins while water-based creams are beneficial for oily skins. Having a hypollergenic yet oily skin, this product suits me.

The product's texture is smooth and light which will not stuck up inside the pores. This cleanser is comprised of Water, Glycerin, Palmitic Acid, Lauric Acid, Stearic Acid, PEG-32, Potassium Hyroxide, Myristic Acid, Butylene Glycol, Glyceryl Stearate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Calcium Stearate, TEA-Lauryl Sulfate, Snail Secretion Filtrate, PEG-100 Stearate, Imperata Cylindrica Root Extract, Opuntia Ficus-Indica Extract, Carica Papaya Fruit Extract, Chamaecyparis Obtusa Water, Centella Asiatica Extract, Beta-Glucan, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Citrus Limon Peel Oil, Citruc Aurantium Bergamia Fruit Oil, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis Peel Oil, Citrus Aurantifolia Oil, Pinus Sylvestris Leaf Oil, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil, Potassium Cocoyl Glycinate, Coptis Japonica Root Extract, Sodium Chloride, Arachidic Acid, Capric Acid, Polyquaternium-7, Acrylamidopropyltrimonium Chloride/ Acrylamide Copolymer, Disodium EDTA, Phenoxyethanol, Chlorphenesin, Caprylyl Glycol and Ethylhexyglycerin.
How to Apply? (Disclaimer: I used my hand to provide a demo of the steps on how to apply). Also, this area of the hand has the same sensitivity as your facial skin.

Wash the facial area that needs to be cleansed.
Put a suitable amount of cleanser to cover the entire face.
Work the cleanser into a foam form. Apply softly to your skin, massage in circular motion and finish the regimen with a lukewarm water. This is to maximize the effect of the cleanser all the way to the pores.
Overall Rating

Usage - 4.5 / 5 stars
The application is very light and easy to apply. Also, the smell is not strong but quite minty that can finish the session relaxing and cool. The only downfall is the price of the product but the benefits it will bring are superb!

Coverage and Texture - 5/5 stars
The non-greasy texture provides a non-irritable experience leaving a radiating and selfie-ready look. With a small application, it can produce a foamy content which can cover the entire face.

Lasting - 5/5 stars

The effect is evident after each wash. What is important is that the sebum productions are controlled for a couple of hours which makes me camera ready whenever attending events. Also, with continous use, it will lighten up blemishes and can make the skin glowing.

Hope my review will help each lad on what facial cleanser to choose from. I highly recommend this product for senstive skins because of its hypo-allergenic nature.

  1. Snail-ish skin care products are becoming more popular these days. In general, it seems effective - my boyfriend bought a snail soap from Japan. Tony Moly if you ask me is already a trusted brand when it comes to make-up and to skin care as well. This snail foam cleanser is worth a try - thank you for your honest review.

  4. The BB cream of that line was one of the best BB cream I've tried. It's nice to know that men also use the same stuff that we women have. I always just hear complaints regarding having too much products to use.
