The strongest person will always move on.

My big bosses always say embrace changes to whatever form it will be. As an employee, this quote is admirable for a single lion leading an entire pack of well-skilled individuals working hard towards one goal. Until one day, I recently filed my resignation and currently rendering my last working days due to 3 reasons; inconsistencies with how our office is being managed, broken promises and unprofessionalism.
My patience was pushed to its limits when some of my colleagues, closest to my heart started leaving the office. Sadly, we shared the same sentiment, we never felt that we were taken good care of. Now, tell me, if you are in my position and you felt the worst employment of your life, would you stay or will you say goodbye?
To be honest, this is the only company that I have experienced having delayed salaries and bonuses and non-encouraging and anti-employee bosses. On the brighter side, the workplace is not that bad and the company's sports fest is one of the best yet so far. I think this scenario that is currently happening is a sign that I must pursue my profession as a nurse and help people. Right at this very moment, I am pushing it through and no one will never stop me from resigning.

Seriously, I cannot wait for my last working day in the office and officially start a new life back to the profession that I really love doing. Although I will miss a lot of things from my workplace, daily routines and my colleagues but I need to move on and achieve my goals in life. I will always be thankful for this working experience and will always treasure all the people who helped me all throughout my stay in the office. Until we meet again, thank you.
