Back to my first love.

Working for a different job not in line with my profession did not give me any satisfactions in life. So last week, I decided to quit my job and pursue my passion. Nursing was not really my first love but just like any other courses in college, once you will know everything about its subject matter, you will like it eventually. Miraculously, I came to a point to love the degree, nailed every exam and executed every procedure well in clinical duties.
I did not regret ending my contract with my previous company because I am confident that I will be happier with a nursing job. I think this will be the great time to help other people in small ways I can. If you only knew how I badly want to be a nurse again then you will be able to relate to what I am feeling right now.
Just to share, I missed doing all the dirty jobs from cleaning the poop, all the way down to suctioning patient's endotracheal tube. I was never picky with patients so whoever were assigned to me, I am always ready to provide my 100% TLC.
Details - Eyeglasses (Ray-Ban), Sweater and Pants (Uniqlo Ph) and Loafers (Zalora Ph).
As I prepare myself going back to my first love, I will do whatever it takes to give out my best on taking good care of my patients. I will read and enhance my skills so I can execute them smoothly for their faster recovery. I can't wait for this adventure to start, for sure I will enjoy this rollercoaster ride!

  2. I can relate with you. Before I began freelancing, I worked on different jobs that are not that related with my college degree. I was happy at first, the pay was good and I was really enjoying it. But still, I miss doing the stuff I learned from college and it was really my passion too. So I understand how you want to go back to doing what you really love. Kudos and good luck on chasing your real dream.
