5 Sweet Treats I am always looking forward to eat.

I have been a stress-eater when I am under pressure. Not to the extent that I cannot handle the matter, it is just that it clears my mind to think of some ideas out of the box. It helps me create plans from A-Z with different executions and different styles to hit my target before the month ends. One of my secrets to stay calm even my job is getting harder each day is craving under sweet food (yes, you heard it right). Together with my sweet tooth, I cannot help but eat my favorite desserts in moderation. Oh! By the way, here is my top 5 last course meal favorites of all time!
1. If there this one frozen treat that will top my list then it will be Magnolia's Cookies and Cream. I am always hogging wild craving for this ice cream that I can't resist ending a single week feasting over a half pint. Just to share, this food actually served as my recovery food from the most heartbreaking moment of my life down to every failure that I had the past few years.
2. Before my work shift starts, it turns out to be my routine to come downstairs and purchase the Country Style's Triple Choco Boom partnering over a cup of Cafe Americano. This serves as my energy getting through the entire day without failing to finish things right.
3. Gigi's Peppermint Cupcake has been my on-the-go snacks. Whenever I need to take in a light meal before I hit the gym, run an errand or meet my friends, I always grab a bite. It's minty and sweetness combo lightens my mood making those things above mentioned happy to do.
4. Going to a healthier side of sweetness, Nestle's Blueberry Yogurt has been my gym buddy if I feel like dieting. If I am guilty over a buffet I ate yesterday, I will make sure that I will hit my favorite workout playground with this sweet treat as my only meal in the entire day (talking about crash diet, my bad!).
5. For every achievement I am getting, I always reward myself with Red Ribbon's Black Forest. Based on what my parents advised me, always share the fruits of your labor to the people that matters. Aside from enjoying it myself, I am able to share one of my happy pills to my beloveds.

Details -- Sweater (Giordano), Pants (Uniqlo), Watch (Montres Carlo) and Loafers (Milanos).

Indulging to our cravings is okay as long as everything is in moderation. Always remember that whatever food we take in excess to what our body can accommodate will always lead into a problem in the future. So always take good care yourself, alright?
